I have always loved music and it is a thread that runs through my whole life. It took a back seat for a while as I pursued “building a life”. After crawling out of the rubble I have recently returned to immersing myself in the healing and restorative power of music, to what is authentic, true and what makes me most profoundly alive!

It’s never too late to follow your dreams!! I have spent the last several years learning from some of the most talented and amazing songwriters on the planet. I have been writing like mad, facing all my fears and insecurities, getting some of my work noticed with an honorable mention by American Songwriter for their lyric contest and a feature by Great River Folk Fest this year. I am currently working on finishing up an album which will hopefully be ready to be released before the end of 2022!
Be Inspired by Everything
I find inspiration all around me. I try to really see what I am looking at, to really hear the sounds around me, to really feel the texture of the world, to really smell the aroma of the life surrounding me and to taste it all with curiosity and gusto! . I try to look beneath the surface and hear the unspoken things that tie us all together.
